These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the baji gaming platform. The terms "baji gaming," "we," and "platform" all refer to the same entity. The terms "member," "player," and "you" refer to any user of the platform.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the stake for that round will be refunded or settled based on the progress made up to that point.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any disputes will be reviewed using video footage.
• If a Sports Betting match is cancelled, the stake is refunded. If the cancellation occurs after a specific over or half has been completed, settlement follows DLS or the applicable standard rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji gaming:

• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through a gaming platform.
• Use of bots: Using automated software or scripts to play games.
• Collusion: Multiple players colluding together to the detriment of others.
• Platform hacking: Exploiting any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• False identity: Opening or verifying an account using another person's identification.

If any such activity is detected, baji gaming may immediately suspend or terminate the account and forfeit the associated balance. In serious cases, the matter may be referred to law enforcement.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closure — retrieving funds after an account is closed may take additional time.

Baji gaming may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents on time
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

If an account is suspended, you will be notified and given the opportunity to appeal. If the closure is due to a standard policy reason, all valid balances will be returned.

For inactive accounts, if there are no transactions for 12 months, the account will be marked as inactive and a nominal maintenance charge may apply.

Baji gaming believes gaming is for entertainment, not for creating problems. That's why the following tools are always available on the platform:
